Over three weeks, you’ll join hardware engineers, data engineers, and trading systems engineers of all ages and backgrounds in a different global IMC office. There, you’ll enhance your existing skillset and apply your newfound knowledge in a real-world, IMC setting.
Week one is dedicated to developing a high-level understanding of trading and financial markets. You’ll be introduced to the work we do at IMC, including options trading, and learn about the steps involved in executing a trade. You’ll also get the inside track on our market-leading systems and strategies from the perspective of seasoned IMC traders.
During weeks two and three, you’ll learn all about our development system and flow. You’ll also be introduced to our strategies and have the chance to develop your own. Last but not least, we’ll show you how we make tradeoffs in design, and what we consider important and why.
