On the job training has been great but very informal, required to do a bunch of formal training on the learning hub as well which gives you a foundation for working at the company
Graduate, Melbourne
Not a lot of formal training, but you do learn a lot more from informal training and this can vary from team to team. Coles does a lot to help grads get a general start, but learning the skills of the job is dependent on the team and person training.

in regards to the grad program the first year is filled with many development sessions however this is done virtual and seems more general. For personal development I think it comes down to your relationship with line manager etc.

Have gotten an AZ900 training for cloud fundamentals. Would recommend more opportunities to communicate the great learning opportunities within Coles.

The grad program has lots of formal training and on the job learning. Its a fantastic way to fast track your skills and experiences. They could do more formal training after the graduate program however.

Job specific training is good, each role is slightly different depending on handover and support from the team. General Training is hit or miss, some Training is fantastic and incredibly valuable, some training feels like a waste of time.
